A website for Andover Place owners!
Due to budget constraints, the Board of Directors of Andover Place Owners Association has made the decision to discontinue funding for the Andover Place website and domain name. This site* has been donated by SharedInterestCommunitySolutions, LLC
Although a number of documents were removed from the Association website prior to the expiration of the service, we have attempted to copy and will repost as many as possible on this site. This site is a work in progress! Please send documents, photos and othere items that you feel would be helpful to our neighbors.
*DISCLOSURE: This site is not an official Association website and is not affiliated with the Board of Directors, but has been created at no cost to the Association in an effort to enable Andover owners to access documents and information about our community.

Excerpt from e-mail sent to the Board: "Please know that I am available to assist the association is any way with the budget, collections or other matters. I offered my services as a community association manager at no charge previously and continue to do so. I now have my own community association management firm and would be happy to work with Andover at no cost to the association or to explore other companies that may provide their services at a rate considerably lower than what we are now paying.........the going rate for an HOA like Andover is between $400 to $600 per month."
No response has been received. It is my opinion that Andover Place can not afford the luxury of no-bid contracts when establishing our budget for the coming year.
