Annual Assessments
- All homeowners must pay annual dues in the amount of $850 per year.
- Dues are collected annually and payable in a single payment to “Andover Place Homeowners’ Association.”
Payment Deadlines:
- January 31st – Due Date
- After March 1 – Late fees start to accrue.
Transfer fees:
The following transfer fees are payable to Andover Place Homeowners Association at closing:
- Buyer (registration fee): $100
- Seller (clearance letter / transfer fee): $100
Total Due at closing: $200
